Product Care - Bijoux

Cleaning

For cleaning, lukewarm water is best – or rub your piece of jewelry with a soft cloth from time to time to maintain its original appearance.

Getting dressed

Put your BIJOUX on last when getting dressed and take it off first when getting undressed to avoid losing its original shape. Alterations to the original appearance, such as though pressing, can cause damage or loss of decorative elements.

Impacts and shocks

Avoid shocks and thermal shocks. Also avoid hard impacts that could cause scratches or other damage.

Swimming

Before swimming in the ocean or swimming pool, take off your jewelry or rinse it with lukewarm water. Seawater or chlorinated water can damage it.

Body care

Please take off your BIJOUX before washing your hands or using products such as perfume, hair spray, soap, sunscreen or lotions, as this may affect the material and cause discoloration or loss of shine.

Temperature

Avoid extreme temperatures above 60°C (140°F), below –10°C (14°F) and great temperature differences. In addition, please never leave your jewelry close to heat sources such as open fires, radiators, etc.

Chemical products

Avoid contact with solvents, detergents, mosquito repellent, etc. as they may damage your BIJOUX.

Protection against light

Do not expose your BIJOUX to bright light sources such as sunlight and powerful lamps for a long period of time, as the light can cause it to fade.
