As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $15.45 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions:

Part-Time, 15 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 15 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. This position must possess exceptional customer service skills and a demeaner that embodies a great sense of approachability.  Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team

Als Store Medewerker bij Swatch Store adviseer je onze (internationale) klanten bij de aanschaf van hun horloge en sieraden. Als ambassadeur en adviseur van de verschillende merken ben je hét visitekaartje voor onze merken. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van customer services, reparaties en after sales.

Voor jou staat de klant centraal. Door je enthousiasme en charmante manier van klantbenadering weet jij een zeer hoge graad van klanttevredenheid te behalen. Tevreden klanten, dat is waar je het voor doet.

• Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii PR oraz marketingowej zgodnie z wytycznymi z HQ.
• Wsparcie marketingowe, opracowywanie i realizacja planu aktywności marketingowych oraz PR dla marki.
• Nawiązywanie i rozwijanie doskonałych relacji z przedstawicielami mediów, dziennikarzami, stylistami, influencerami, blogerami, a także z galeriami handlowymi w celu realizacji działań promujących marki Swatch oraz Flik Flak.
• Przygotowywanie Media Planów, negocjowanie warunków i kontrola budżetu marketingowego w zakresie PR i Marketingu.
• Przygotowywanie oraz organizowanie spotkań prasowych i konferencji dla dziennikarzy, a także eventów w sklepach Swatch w centrach handlowych.
• Przygotowywanie kampanii reklamowych i promocyjnych, przygotowywanie i wysyłka materiałów prasowych.
• Tworzenie materiałów prasowych dotyczących produktów I kluczowych wydarzeń oraz
• Raportowanie: przygotowywanie raportów z działań dla HQ i Brand Managera, analiza ukazań PR.
• Analiza rynku i konkurencji, przewidywanie przyszłym trendów, inicjowanie adekwatnych działań marketingowych.
• Współpraca z kluczowymi partnerami handlowymi w zakresie wysyłania materiałów prasowych promujących nowe kolekcje.
• Obsługa polskiej strony marki Swatch na Facebook’u.

Als IT Coördinator ben je dé verantwoordelijke voor alles wat betrekking heeft op de IT binnen onze organisatie. Je coördineert IT-processen van A tot en met Z op hard- en softwaregebied.

Je kunt hierbij o.a. denken aan het beheer van de IT security, het monitoren en onderhouden van IT systemen en communicatie- en verbindingsoplossingen, beheren van de SQL-database, contact met IT leveranciers en de inkoop van IT apparatuur en diensten, creëren en beheren van gebruikersaccounts in samenwerking met HR, IT opleidingen en trainingen organiseren en faciliteren. Daarnaast ben je als IT Coördinator onze specialist die de kwaliteit van de IT-dienstverlening en operaties continu blijft (door)ontwikkelen en daarbij ook de kosten niet uit het oog verliest.

Verder houd je je bezig met zaken zoals;

• Lokale IT-ondersteuning zoals printer- en scanapparaten, telefoniesystemen en netwerkverbindingen (LAN en Wi-Fi).
• Installaties van apparatuur, op kantoor en in de winkels
• Assisteren bij het opzetten en configureren van IT-infrastructuur in nieuwe winkels
• Kennisbankartikelen en FAQ's maken en onderhouden om eindgebruikers te helpen
• Beheer van IT-budgetten en inkoopprocessen

Het gaat om een autonome functie waarbij je volledig zelfstandig werkt. Uiteraard krijg je ondersteuning van ons hoofdkantoor in Zwitserland, maar in Nederland ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-gerelateerde zaken. Snel schakelen en communiceren met diverse afdelingen, van directie tot retail is je niet vreemd. Je bent gemotiveerd en in staat om service- en doelgericht te werk te gaan. Je neemt initiatief en blijft graag op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologie en ontwikkelingen. Je hebt oog voor detail en bent analytisch. Daarnaast ben je creatief en beschik je over een probleemoplossend vermogen. Gezien de omvang van IT kun je taken efficiënt en effectief uitvoeren en ben je in staat om (binnen een dynamische omgeving) de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

De financiële administratie en controlling van de gehele Swatch Group Netherlands wordt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven verwerkt. Als Business Controller ben jij de sparringpartner voor de Commerciële organisatie en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling en professionalisering van het Finance team. Hierin draag je een volledige PnL verantwoordelijkheid voor onze B2B bedrijfsactiviteiten en heb je een overkoepelende en coördinerende rol in belangrijke processen zoals de maandafsluiting, budget en sales forecast. In deze rol fungeer je als rechterhand van de CFO. 

Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met de onderstaande activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden:
• Bijdragen aan onze groeistrategie door het opleveren van overtuigende analyses en 
presentaties
• Inzicht geven in de bruto- en netto marge ontwikkeling 
• Ondersteunen en adviseren bij het opstellen van business cases voor het openen van 
nieuwe verkooppunten
• Rapporteren van prognoses zowel commercieel als financieel
• Actieve bijdrage in de maandafsluiting in samenwerking met de andere Finance collega’s
• Opstellen van cashflow analyses en projecties en capex controlling
• Presenteren van de operationele en commerciële resultaten aan de directie (CEO & 
CFO)
• Verder ga jij je bezighouden met het automatiseren en optimaliseren van o.a. 
rapportages
